South Tyrol cooks over 2,275 m – culinary delights from the Far East
The cooking event, Südtirol kocht, stops for the first time at the summit of Plan de Corones and merges the Alpine and Japanese culture.
Chef Ando Yoshinori (from the restaurant Waink’s in Bruneck) known for his Japanese delicacies, surprises with South Tyrol cooking on Sunday, September 9 at 11 clock on the summit plateau of Plan de Corones.
From 11 am, the summit plateau of Plan de Corones, near the peace bell Concordia 2000, will be the scene of taste.
Chef Yoshi and Dennis Neumair conjure up extraordinary, for some foreign creations and seduce our South Tyrolean palate with specialties of Japanese cuisine and South Tyrolean farmhouse cooking. Silvia Fontanive will accompany you through the world of culinary delights.
Show cooking in a breathtaking mountain scenery, with a panoramic view over the UNESCO World Natural Heritage of the Dolomites and the main ridge of the Alps.
